Theresa has been a longtime resident of Martha’s Vineyard, specifically the beautiful shores of Aquinnah. She attended University of Rhode Island before following her passion for food to the Culinary Institute of America in Poughkeepsie and to the hill towns of central Italy. She works closely with local farms and other purveyors to bring the freshest quality ingredients to every dish she prepares.
